Those of us who have moved far away from our tribal roots have missed the benefits of rites of passage. These ceremonies help us identify and bond with our community, acknowledging our loving, intuitive, creative, and powerful heritage both as human beings and as females. During this event, we will create new ceremonies to welcome and guide our daughters, and encourage them to speak from ther deepest authentic self. We will sing, dance, create art, participate in a talking circle, and celebrate together in one or more spiritual (non-religious) rituals.

If you are a girl on the verge of becoming a woman about to reach, or having reached, puberty.
If you are a mother, grandmother, autn, older sister, or older friend of such a girl.
If you are a woman who wants to bond with and support a community of conscious powerful, loving women.
You are welcome to participate in the initiation into womanhood.

Many blessings,
Rev. Ruth
